These two are best friends! I don't think they even realize it is possible to play separately when Saidey is home from school. They definitely have a few fights, but for the most part they get along very well, and we love watching them grow up together!

   Adelles First Food      

   On December 3 we gave Adelle her first food. She had carrots for supper, and did pretty well. The girls had been waiting for months to feed her, and were very excited to help!

Fun Saturday

Fun Saturday   December 2,  2014

    Saturday was such a fun day. We all slept in until 8:00, Ben made a big breakfast, and then we set up the Christmas tree. After Adelle woke up from her nap we went skating at the Coaldale Ice Rink. There is free skating Saturday at 2:00 and the girls loved it. Definetly not the easiest thing to teach your kids to skate, but I'm sure they will catch on. After skating was over we got Tim Hortons and went grocery shopping, came home made subs for supper, and then Saidey and Hannah slept on the floor by the Christmas tree. I thought it was cute that when we woke up Sunday morning Saidey had found her way back to her own bed, She said sleeping on the floor wasn't too comfy!

Omas Vist

   Aww, what a special picture to have. Oma came to vist last week, and we were very happy to get to spend time with her! The girls miss Opa and Oma alot since we spent a few months living in BC.
   Saidey and Hannah were super excited that Oma had a sleepover in their room with them for two nights.
We took Oma to see Ben at work on the Dairy, had a special Chinese food supper, had a pizza movie night,
and the girls spent hours coloring with Oma.

Adelle Is FIve Months Old

Adelle Is Five Months Old   December 2, 2014

• Had her first bottle today. I pumped and left her with Grandma while Hannah and I went to Bible Study
• Weight 15 pounds 13 Ounces   Length  25 1/8 inches
• Loves the Jolly Jumper
• Still 3 naps a day ( 3hrs morning)
• Wants to start solids!
• I cant believe how fast this is going. We went for a baby vist the other day and Adelle looked huge beside the little newborn!
• Still wakes up twice in the night to nurse
• Seems to be in our bed every morning when we wake up, shes just so cuddley :)
• Loves her Daddy
• Had lots of fun getting to know Oma last week!

• Adelle is still having a super nap in the morning, 3-4 hours, and then two more in the afternoon
• Her rash is gone, we figured out it is from the laundry soap I was using. Love her soft skin!
• Wakes up once at  11 and again at 2 to nurse in the night
• Had an ultrasound because our Doctor was concerned that her top fontanel was closing too fast, but its fine
• Loves to talk
• Naps in her crib now instead of the swing, we had to return the swing we were borrowing and she loves the crib 
• Is a sweetie Pie!

Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat   November 2,   2014

  Ben helped the girls carve pumpkins this year, they carved two minions and an owl. On haloween Saidey and Adelle were Snow White, and Hannah was a cowgirl. We Trick or Treated at Grandmas and then drove to Wayne and Noreens to see the Ranch and get spoiled some more. Then we met Ben at Jake and Tias for supper and then Ben and Jake took the four older girls Trick or Treating in Coaldale. Sooo much candy!
